Is this a good price for pre-Cut Photo mats? and the general question on the carpet.?
This is the first time I buy pre-cut mats for pictures, so I am trying to calculate these things by myself. I found a fire sale, 9 "x12" Mats dual photo mate-MAT-shop.com the price is $ 42.00 for 25 mats (which is $ 1.70 per MAT). The site says they sell in liquidation, because they have an odd-sized opening (but happens to be the size I'm looking). Here are a few questions. 1) Is this a good deal considering these carpets are of good quality (not sure if they use quality stocks). 2) Is there a clear distinction between mat archive file and non-governmental or there are different scale? 3) I read a book yourself on a carpet, where the author said to pay attention to your carpet cutting themselves, because it can lead to carpal tunnel. (I received in the carpal tunnel of writing, so I'm not interested in an activity that will bring endangered.
It is a very good case for pre-cut photo mats. I generally go to Hobby Lobby for my carpet, and are generally $ 1.99 for the heart of smaller rugs (and here). I know nothing about carpet file and NGOs. Sorry. As for cutting Your Own mats, you'd be cutting a LOT of carpet for carpal tunnel. Only I know that you need a professional Mat Cutter to make them look good. Stick to purchase pre-cut – especially at this price.
