Grips Blanks
Responding to constant pressure?
I find it difficult to cope at present because of the increasing number of tasks that should guide policies and the company where I work. It is very disorganized and I'm in the middle of disputes massive undertaking. I am also problems with my family and my relationship with my partner is difficult at this time. I am faced with accepting a low wage job if I leave my current job (extremely specialized and would create a company to mine to stay on the field I trained in). I really struggle to cope financially If this were the case. I find it harder to concentrate on one thing at a time. Increasingly, I feel I can not meet everyone and I am a loss of what to do. Sometimes I feel I'm losing my mind and I am all for a moment – but how. Increasingly, I'm feeling and my mind is completely blank – I can not not even think what I do, there is much to consider. How I Get A Grip?
The two previous answers (first and second) makes sense. You should talk to someone. I'm Catholic and it also plays a role in keeping me sane. I run a printing company Specialty and I am still working meeting ridiculous deadlines. I worked all day in many times with success, but Each day brings a new job and shorter, so do not sympathize with his position. I work 7 days a week Monday to Friday from 7-8 and a couple of hours the weekend, but my family supports me and helps a lot. As his mind goes blank and I'm in my 30. I write everything and maintain a daily planner that leads to functions through the next day if things do not. Change your diet. I take the result of a snack and take a multivitamin to my office while I eat a sandwich and I increased my water consumption. It made me feel less lethargic.
