How a burger house?
I want to make homemade burgers tonight, I have ground beef, eggs, onions, a variety of spices .. lol tomato sauce and of course … I want to have a value of 2 pounds and was looking for some recipes online and some are very crazy and other say, or freezing night .. how to make a simple hamburger with ingredients that I like .. I have good bread, dry but not … Thank you much in advance!
Try this recipe, my husband and the burgers still taste great! Chop half an onion and sauté until what golden and caramelized. Put the meat in a bowl and break an egg. Place 8 crackers in a Ziploc and flatten to make crumbs. (You can also launching two slices of bread … let it stand against it until it dries, so sweet) Add bread crumbs to meat mixture. Add onions fried. Add about four tablespoons of tomato sauce mixture. Add pepper, steak spice, garlic powder and salt Gusto – that uses about TSP 1 / 4 each for the pound of flesh. It also adds a teaspoon of Worchester sauce sometimes. Using your hands, all ingredients, mix well and form 1 / 4 Pound cakes (means 8 patties 2 pounds of meat). Flatten between sheets of waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to barbecue (you can also fry them, but they are best BBQ'd). The grid should be placed on high speed until you actually put in the hamburgers, then turn down to MED-LOW. Bake approx. 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
