what is the fancy part below a woman’s urethra that almost looks like a flower called?

I’m surprised it has no name its beautiful and unique well I guess cause not every woman has one or has one that looks enough like a rose I’m not at ALL referring to the labia or inner labia in fact it looks like a slightly opened Rose Bud right over the opening and below the urethral opening and practly part of it but not over or around the urethra area so obviously NOT talking about a birth defect thing.
