Google Earth?
Google Earth is a very good tool. But I live in Essex (UK) and my area is indefinite and low resolution, a mosaic of plots I suppose they were green fields. Is there anyway to obtain a high resolution image, like other selected regions.
http://www.flashearth.com try this site, but use the Microsoft version (click on the left). tends to be good for United Kingdom
