Copyright necessary for the poster on the product for commercial use?
I have an idea for use business to Make Money. For example, I want to make a product that uses the movie poster for a theatrical version and place it in a product, I have to ask permission to use this image? The website Copyright seemed a little vague as the image I was using and selling a product with this image. IE: T-shirt with the movie poster? Tagline? I need permission to use it? Many products are on the Internet Use logos, photos of the film … they all have permission? Any help or where to start I need a copyright lawyer if I were to make money a product. It seems more likely to start asking the permission of the copyright law?
Yes, you must obtain permission from the owner use rights or property of the image. If it is a film-related, call the study to be published. If you will make money on the product, you will probably want a reduction in income.
