How can I leave this position?
I was arrested for having no plate light on my back. I finished by being suspended license and stop. They searched my car and some of my tools from my handheld GPS, then there will be a portable GPS for my brother. My brother is stupid and he stole someones car. so they end up taking a lot of things in my car and discover that the GPS was stolen was my brother. I finished the charge of driving with a suspended license, theft and over 300 tools stolen. where tools such as Philips screwdriver flat pliers, bars dam had gloves when doing repairs on my car. What should I do. but I do not steal and I can get my brother to accept. I never won and I did not know it was stolen. and tools are freaking most common tools are not used for flying.
It is a legal term called "constructive possession". If something illegal is found in an area you're in control, can be considered in lawful possession of these items. I suppose you could have his brother and now offers to take all the blame, but I doubt that will happen. Who can be decreased stolen, or they can get both counts. Even if he was allowed to take the blame, they are always looking to be in possession of stolen property and theft of tools.
