Are there black figure-less creatures that move really quickly?

I was just looking out my window 2 nights ago and across the street I saw a black figure-less creature, about as tall as a human, moving very quickly across the street. I was actually like floating but it was too fast for a human and was kind of creepy. Just wondering if their was something out there like that.

It was probably a black garbage bag picked up by the wind.
