Wet or dry, which is the best way to keep cool during exercise?
I play a lot of tennis during the summer in Texas. As one can imagine is very hot during the day. I used a wet and cold during the breaks to try to cool. This I do not mind having a wet t-shirt for the game and I think it helps me to keep cool. Also get my hat and put some ice on it during the match. The other day one of my friends said he heard you actually stay cooler if it is dry, allowing sweat to evaporate more easily as you stay cool. He noted that professional players switch to a dry shirt during breaks. All have been cut on the "dry" shirts that are supposed to keep cooler. What to think?
Your frnd is just that swet 2 Keep Kool and evaporates quickly make you feel cooler but again u can not get much colder as the ice cap!
