Does anyone know how to find your own uniqueness to the guitar?
I struggle with this so bad for my life, I can not find my musical voice. Just How to find their own style, so you can harvest?
Over the years, my tastes and preferences have changed a little, but all I can say through the Council is that the best way forward is to Challenge – You have to learn new things! learning materials new and different styles of play will help to get an idea of what and how I do not. It will give the collection of tools and skills you can choose to find their voice. I am doing this now, actually. Well, I think I have done for years but I finally feel like I'm really somewhere. =) One of the bands I had been in many accents of jazz and odd time signatures – which came in the pot. Get all albums Coheed and Cambria, obtaining a tab book and analysis of his music – which came in the boat. Learn how to create textures with delays, learn a little on how to exploit, explore the rhythms punk power chord and simplicity and prefer music with a melody against noise, listening music with melody and * * noise, music theory and learn how to structure and organize a musical composition – all these things are in pot. What emerges is a bit of this and a little of that. Above all, this is what I love, which resonate with me, and I am I. My advice is to immersed in various musical and artistic experiences non-musical. Really find the theory of numbers, but also enjoy Johnny Cash? Perhaps, math rock country your future. All their experiences and everything that's going to learn to make a unique guitar style. Please outsmarting you, otherwise, as well as experience new things and learn what you can in the world around you, you will not have to develop a style you are looking for. Try to get a teacher and learning the basics of how to play guitar. Learn music theory. Foundations of the theory proper and correct will give you a solid basis for growth. Saul
